The Great Outdoor Classroom, facilitated by OEFA!, is the topic of this Chico News and Review article on the OEFA! project at Ophir School. Read about all the good things going on in south county. Contact OEFA! if a similar project is needed at your school site or if you would like to participate in or fund these types of learning adventures.
Check out the Oroville Mercury-Register article about the OEFA! project at Stanford Avenue School. Steering Committee members Marti Leicester, Tony Catalano and Jeff Mott worked with several providers to bring Outdoor Education to the students of Stanford Avenue School multiple times during the 2014/15 school year. Principal Patty Garrison is already working with OEFA! to bring these events back in 2015/16.
